Northwest Employee Assistance Program
The Northwest Employee Assistance Program (NWEAP) is offered by CWCMH to employers throughout Yakima, Kittitas, and Klickitat counties. Employee Assistance Programs are designed to help employees, and their family members, resolve personal or behavioral problems that may interfere with the employee’s work performance. Early assessment and intervention services are used in order to minimize costs to the employer. Services can be tailored to meet the unique needs of virtually any company. An initial consultation to clarify employer needs is provided at no charge.
