We provide comprehensive healthcare coverage, which includes medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits for employees and their eligible dependents. The company has been successful in keeping the healthcare premiums low and the coverage robust. In addition, tax savings plans are offered that allow premiums, dependent care and healthcare expenses to be paid on a pre-tax basis.
Basic life and disability insurance is provided by Comprehensive at no cost to the employee. A voluntary supplemental life insurance plan is available for providing additional coverage to the employee and covering eligible dependents.
Comprehensive understands that time away from work is important. This understanding is supported with a generous vacation, paid holiday, sick and compassion leave benefit.
Life can provide unexpected challenges to everyone. Comprehensive maintains an Employee Assistance Program to provide no-cost confidential support with professional or personal challenges that are affecting the well-being of you or your family member.
Comprehensive has partnered with a legal services organization to meet the growing needs of affordable personal and consumer-related legal assistance. This benefit provides easy access to a staff of qualified attorneys for basic legal and referral benefits at a low monthly cost.
Employees are automatically provided with a retirement plan in which employees receive company funded contributions based upon their earnings. Comprehensive is currently contributing an amount equal to 5% of an employee’s compensation, within IRS guidelines. These contributions are made directly to an account that employees can make investment selections that best meet their needs.
In addition to the retirement plan, we provide an additional opportunity to save for retirement with a 403(b) Plan. This plan allows employees to supplement their retirement savings and receive matching contributions from the company. When employees contribute to the 403(b) Plan, the company will make a matching contribution equal to 50% of the employee’s contribution up to 4% of the employee’s compensation for that payroll period.
Our employees have access to financial education programs that provide objective information to help employees make informed decisions about financial planning and retirement investing. Comprehensive believes that helping employees prepare for their financial future is an important role for an employer.
